Orange Beach Library is pleased to announce the first annual One City, One Book program.  A list of events related to the community wide program follows.  Attend one, or all of the discussions.

Art Contest: 2 Catagories: 15 & under, and over 15.  Subject:  Fish!  Medium: your choice!  Prizes awarded.

Liar's Contest:  Friday, Oct 10 @ 2pm at the Orange Beach Senior Center.

 

Thur Sept.. 11 @ 6 PM: Big Fish Book Discussion.

Thur. Sept. 18 @ 6 PM: Gyotaku demonstration (JAPANESE FISH PRINTING)

Mon. Sept 22 @ 1 pm: Big Fish Book Discussion.

Sat. Oct. 4 @ 11:30: book discussion Brown bag lunch (you bring lunch, we serve cookies and drinks)

Thur. October 9 @ 6 pm: Gyotaku Demonstration

Fri. Oct. 10 @ 2pm: Liar's contest at Orange Beach senior center. Prizes awarded.

Fri. Oct 17 @ 5:30pm: Daniel Wallace, author of "Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportions" will appear at the annual Orange Beach Friends of the Library fundraiser.

Mon. Nov 3 @ 1 pm: art contest judging at the new art center, home of the Pleasure Island Art Association.

Sat. Nov 22 @ 2pm Alabama/Auburn game day! Cheer for your team at Zeke's Down Under in Zeke's Landing.
