Wednesday, February 8th is Author Day at the Library!The Library is pleased to host author Bob Buckley, Wednesday, February 8th at 3pm in the meeting room. Many of you know Bob from his previous library programs introducing Geocaching, but this event will introduce you to his skills as an author. Bob will discuss his new historical novel, The Slave Tag , as well as the new landscape of publishing from an author's perspective.

Wednesday, February 1 at 6pm in the Senior Activity Center, Colette Boehm, Director of Special Projects for the Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau, will describe several of the specially designated trails that highlight our coast. Wednesday, February 8th is Author Day at the Library!The Friends of the Orange Beach Library will welcome historian and author Patricia Brady to their monthly meeting on Wednesday, February 8, at 10:00, in the meeting room of the Library. Her latest book is A Being So Gentle: The Frontier Love Story of Rachel Donelson and Andrew Jackson, in which she chronicles their love affair during a tumultuous period of American history.
