Job Search and Business Reference Database

The library now offers all Orange Beach Library cardholders free access to AtoZdatabases, a business and marketing leads database with strong job and people search components.

AtoZdatabases includes 30 million business profiles & 220 million residents and is ideal for sales leads, mailing lists, market research, employment opportunities, finding friends and relatives, and much more.  Search by multiple limits including geography, business size & type, length of home ownership, and household income.

Forget to return a book on time? No problem.

The library is conducting a trial Overdue Fine Forgiveness period from April 20th until October 20th, 2013. Fines will still appear on your account until waived at the Orange Beach desk. We can only waive fines for Orange Beach cards.

The library offers help in the form of :
    * Technology Classes - 1 hour group classes held in the Meeting Room
    * Book-a-Librarian - 30 minute individual appointments to answer specific questions

Help Finding Your Next Book

Fantastic Fiction - This site, based in the United Kingdom, lists bibliographies for more than 30,000 authors. It's great for finding book placement in a series and associating authors with all of their pseudonyms. The site can be browsed or searched by author or title.
